That sounds scary. Were you guys totally exposed during that? Trying to get down?
One of my skiers actually just had a pretty close call with a lightning strike on a hike in the Adirondacks, which isn't what you would expect there. Scary stuff.

It was pretty scary. We tried to stay just below the ridge line, but it was still pretty exposed. Unfortunately there really wasn’t anywhere to go except for forward or back along the ridge!
Wow, I’m glad they’re alright! Lightning is fun when you’re cuddled up with a blanket and a cup of tea inside, but not so much when you’re out in the thick of it.
