So I assume you were implanted with special new technology that makes you the latest superhero and your comic is coming out soon. Koskiman or should I say...IRONMAN.

Hope you recover from surgery quickly.

Not sure if the Afib remark was half-jest or totally serious but it's kinda ironic we both have less than stellar hearts at this point. I have decided to try to use power of positive thinking to convince myself my heart is powerful and efficient. It still kinda 'hurts' some runs for a mile or two until I get going. Another reason for my Zatopek's...just trying to 'safely' increase my heart rate and breathing to current maximum efficiency as soon as possible in a workout...or prepare for the next workout by working things with minimal pounding/stress whether the heart, lungs, muscles or joints.

I was looking at the location of several of the new teams Okie Christian will play next year moving into new (for OC at least) Lone Star sports conference. They have games from south Texas to west AND east New Mexico...places in Texas that are as remote as New Mexico. (By the way ole John Denver was born in Roswell, New Mexico. It is so weird how that little town seems to pop up fairly regular in people's backgrounds...or UFO crashes (ha).

I've had A Fib off and on for a decade or more. Lately I've been in constant A Fib though. Docs aren't concerned so far, but it does limit my ability to exercise. HR goes up to 175 just jogging uphill. I have an Echocardiogram scheduled.

Seems like resting up would have helped it get better but everything seems to be opposite-world these days. I just hope everything is ok.
