Congrats again on the races Christian. Well deserved.
re: break. May I suggest you maintain a few sessions a week that includes core and strength and some "maintenance mileage". It will make the return to serious training easier and less prone to serious injury.

thanks, I was more thinking of just taking out any intervals or specific hours I’m looking for. I imagine I’ll still be running 6-7 hours a week at least.
