So so. I seem to need 2 days between runs. A little frustrated, but I’ve got biking so that keeping me satisfied enough.
I might try adding in very short runs between my “longer” runs and see how that goes.

And now that I just replied to you saying I need a few days in between runs......I get done with a long bike ride and feel better than before I started. Perhaps I should do my runs later in the day for a bit. Maybe I just need a little more time in the day to loosen up???
