4th sounds pretty great, and congratulations on surviving the weather!
Way to go! That race was epic.
That summit house, if it’s the same one I am thinking of, was a godsend at dinner time. The soup was such a welcome surprise when all I expected was water. In retrospect, wish we’d gotten to a building or bunker overnight, because the best we could do on that high ground was only just barely good enough to get our hypothermic teammate warmed back up. The sun this morning was also much appreciated.
I’m impressed, with the placing and with just surviving!
Awesome! Congrats to you and Phil, on both surviving and on thriving!
Thanks! Great experience with Phil and interesting Memories
that Charlie just nailed right on.
I recall your being in NZ and another World Champs rogaine in Europe with your first partner. Rich experiences all. Well done!
This was my 8th WRC including a Super Vet win with Glen Brake in Australia 2006.
Congrats on finishing in crazy weather. Would of killed me.
Sounds like very tough conditions. Congrats on your excellent finish!
