Take of the foot and do everything you can to help it get back to race shape (as opposed to balloon shaped).

Also take any time off physical training to spend extra time on mental and technical armchair race prep.

Yes, balloon shape is not good haha. I’m doing all I can to speed up the recovery process, and I’ll definitely take the time down to do some mental prep.

Ali, I did buy a brace today so hopefully it will be helpful. And I’m also glad I took a course that thought me proper ankle taping technique!!
