since you didn't run AG! we will never know if Tove really deserved the win..;-). Seriously,super tough decision to make but when you stand on the start line on Saturday you will be happy that you took a pass.

Difficult decision. Most of us are guilty of making the occasional wrong decision in situations much less important than a world championship. Smart move - all the best this weekend.

Know this must have been so, so hard of a call to make. But ankles are precious and I'm so glad you're taking good care of the injury and letting it heal! Your preparation for this year isn't wasted - it's part of your o-repertoire now and will help you in all future years.
