Long runs.... they're only part of the picture. You're not going to alter your maximal oxygen carrying capacity just by including a long run here and there - but then, I qualify that by saying I don't know your actual training history. Not until you have a good solid LONG period of training time under your belt.
According to Riley's log he doesn't do any orienteering races anyway so not worth building up for.
yeah, looks like I might have to go for a long run on Sunday even if I might hate it.. Usually I expect that people at the caravan will add the splits onto attack point but I guess not.
People at the caravan don't know what AP is. Someone on AP with access to Eventor (usually me) rips them and uploads to AP.
Thanks for all those times you've done that tRicky, it is nice to have it all easily accessible from AP.
