Averaging 40 a year...I'm impressed :)

Thanks - so with 28+ vols taking the count up to roughly 45 annual and with allowing myself maybe 2 sick per year and school reunion and Lake Mac Rogaine and I never run Christmas or Boxing Day and used not to do NYD I think there are signs of commitment or mania there.

Christmas and NYD are where I used to pick up all my parkrun numbers from! In the early years I'd average only about 3-4 per year and they'd be across that period (these days I've dragged the average up to around 8 per year but I'm working on that, too much other sporting stuff on though).
