Seems maybe you’ve just lost a little leg speed with all your vert focus this summer. The fitness is there, just trust it and give your body time to adjust to the faster paces. Your legs will come around!

Maybe … and two long runs this past weekend probably didn't help. Track will certainly help, and still 2 months to the marathon.
