Discussion: another trail to avoid spills

There's that man made ridge than goes west from Sesquicentennial Park to the YSI fields. It would be nice to have that as a paved path as an alternate to the spillway trail that gets dangerously slick every time it rains. Several ways to make connections to the existing trail. Now, there's slick spots along the trail at Rock Chalk Park, too.
