Funny that my heart rate climbed higher on any downhill mtb tracks than if I was going up a hill :P

Ah yes I think i know why!!!;P Mine would be off the scale. I can't even crew on a catamaran on the trapeze! (But I did do Circus School for my 45th birthday)

For you Tash - I did abseilling for my 50th. Our sons were very eager to find out what I'd picked for my 55th (as they had been involved in the previous escapades) - ended up being a little late but zip lining in South America was designated as "the" activity.

And "Circus School" was actually learning trapeze and doing a catch- release move. The Circus part really was me controlling my terror and exhilaration.
