I'm not sure how I've been doing it - I feel like I don't usually have that type of discipline, but getting rid of that pain was an intense motivator. Seriously - 4 solid months of daily pain. My plan is to keep up the 3x day at least until I'm released from PT, then see what happens if I slide back to 2x day and hopefully eventually 1x day except for days with running/orienteering/riding which would be before and after.

And now I have some tools to work with.

Although, this has historically resolved itself magically in the fall. So there's a part of me that's not sure if it was really all the hard work or if sciatica has just gone on its annual hiatus. I guess I'll find out in the spring....

I applaud you. You’re probably one of the few people who actually do their PT exercises! It can really pay off.

What's the point of paying all that money (I will finally meet my deductible this month) if you're not going to do the exercises?

That's like the people in college who never went to class.
