great as always. Very informative. Remember the coaching point - new skills, start slow = new terrain, start slow and work into it. You did right to ease into Day 1 and then push Day 2 harder.
Fitness will come back with a decent winter training, don't feel the need to chase it - just increases injury chances.

Thankyou Jon and Sarah, it was an awesome experience. I feel that it is proving things are working. Like you say Jon i just need to be sensible and get through the winter.
