Chest pain, high BP, sweats - after a 12 hour excursion though the ER, xray, nuclear imaging etc, the heart, lungs etc are fine. Most likely musculoskeletal of undetermined cause.

Cardiologist told me running was bad for me (not me specifically, but people in general). 6 miles a week was plenty to stay healthy - 2 miles easy, 3 days a week at most.

Same cardiologist gave me the same advice 20 years ago when I was 37. Ummm, no... pretty certain that advice was the reason I got a second opinion back then.

He is not my regular cardiologist, just the one at the local hospital.

I found a good one at UCONN Health. You should have special ins there.

UnlIkely any special in. Pretty happy with my regular guy, been seeing him or his predecessor for 20 years.
