Great run! The section back from Polldubh is brutal enough in the RoS when you haven't gone over the Ben first. Interesting to look at the splits and see how much of the race time it took (~40% for most). Hope you're feeling ok today.

It is! Not giving Murdoch any of my money to buy a copy though. It's an HBT double with Georgia in the inset pic.
