Careful with them. Stay on grass or trails as much as you can and ice. They suck.
^^^ Do that now, before they get worse. Also run either less mileage or not at all and do something else like cycling. You want to avoid impact on your legs as much as possible.
Yeah, I tried to stay to the grass today. Thanks for the advice, I'll probably bike Thursday if they don't get better
Also, I'm wondering if they're popping up because my shoes are too old. I'm getting new ones soon anyway, so that might help
I think I passed on my shin splints to you as mine are suddenly getting better :)
