I was groggy afterwards but Chrissy told me the doc found a flap of skin AND a nickle-sized stone. He could not deal with both during this procedure so I'll need to get them taken care of next time. As far as I know I'm okay as far as cancer is concerned. Then it will be onto the large prostate itself.

Procedure/operation two weeks from today to remove nodule/flap in prostate and bust up the medicine ball sized bladder stone. They are being super serious...no aspirin, aleve, etc for a week and even vitamin E that can thin blood. Doc said something about running being limited at first. I'll walk and do what I can.

Have to report in at 5 for 7am procedure so I'll have to walk a mile or two about 3:30am to keep my 'exercise streak' from Nov 15, 1984...35 years this year!
