I'm planning to walk 95% of the course. I might try to jog the 1km trail run....
Have you ever taped your ankle? I know from experience that using an Active Ankle over a long period of time causes more problems than it solves, and I haven't found a softer support that fits but still works.
Decided not to go. :(
Ankle was just a little too sore this morning for me to think it was a good idea - and my threshold for being a good idea is pretty low. :)
