Got quite the bag of malt miniatures, so no complaints there. It was fun, I’d do it again, but with sufficient training the next time. It is painfully slow get back running again. Leg still get swollen, but had an echocardiogram and heart in good shape so that was a big relief. Now the slow build up, plus cycling to get the longer exercise in.
