I had an angina episode about a month ago so they are giving me the full workup, given other risk factors like family history. have you ever had a stress echo? they image your heart at rest and then under stress, basically after 3 minute increments on the treadmill till your HR gets in the range, hooked up to all these EKG noes, then you jump on the bed and they image your heart at the high heart rate, it's all pretty cool.

no, they just did a resting imaging recently because I had these dizzy spells, yours sounds like more fun.

just got back results . . . "excellent heart health", everything working great; so well that I have very low risk of any adverse heart event in the next 5 years. Nice! and I'm in pretty bad shape, weekend warrior wise. doc said making it 12 minutes on the treadmill test was awesome. I guess compared to the general population. of course, the tech said there was a female ironman athlete who went the full 21 minutes and kicked its ass, lol.
