I recently discovered La Sportiva. No idea if lighter but super stable. I have the Bushido, but that’s for extra stability.

I love the stability of my Topo Adventures. Wider base has really helped me. I find them very comfortable for long runs - wide toe box. Some models are a little too cushy for me but I LOVE the mountain racer model.

Thanks, guys! Both are a lot lighter than the XA Pros. I’ll check them out!

Garrison, are you wearing them now, too? I'm going to stop over at REI today to see about trying on both them at the Bushidos.

I love my Topos! They've also helped with black toenails a good bit.

Tried on both the Mtn Racer and Bushido today and ended up finding the former more comfortable for my wider feet. Excited to take them out on the trails!

Ha Garrison just saw this. I wish they’d give me some free shoes ;) The original credit goes to Glen though - he told Cliff about them!

Just saw your question Abby! Don't wear them yet but will probably give them a shot. Loan peaks don't seem to have the best durability for AR...
