Erm OMM? Give yourself some recovery!!!
You (and admittedly a fair few others!) are completely right. Just want to get cracking for next season but haven't really given myself a chance to recover, will do better!
You did the first week pretty well but got a bit keen this week! The fitness gained from the OMM pays off, but not until the new year normally.
As soon as I started feeling a few niggles I thought "bugger, Nic's going to say I told you so"! But yeah, definitely did a bit too much this week, should really have done nothing the last 2 week's but find it hard not to be training
