Glad you were not hurt. I was falling so much and kinda banging myself up I had to put in a internal red alert code that makes me go into super do not fall and die mode which has helped immensely. I say that humbly so as not to jinx myself and fall tomorrow.

I kinda thought you wouldn't do too much on Turkey Day (tho not for you I guess unless there is fake veggie turkey...tried some fake frozen burger paddies...horrible...as if they scrapped the rotted, mushy vegetable remains from a grocery dumpster and formed the patties).

Our bodies need rest AND movement...like most things in life...balance. Seems like secret to longevity is to have a pet and make sure you move your body...what amazes me is how some people get away with doing all the wrong things and actually even seem healthy although they probably could not walk around the block.
