…. a standing desk, or one that can be raised and lowered so that you can vary your position during the day. And then lots of core strength stuff to help your posture.
I concur that getting old sucks. Surgeon said I should seriously think about not running any more due to the state of my hips
I've tried standing desks. Didn't get on with them at all. I'm also on client site again.
I basicslly need to spend my entire free time doing core strength. That'll solve the problem as i will have no time left to run.
