I'm glad you enjoyed your course! Yes, unfortunately the last legs ended up a trail run due a last minute request by the park. A veteran QOC course designer had been reviewing and providing me feedback during the design process. The course designs were submitted to the park in October for approval. The park didn't review the designs until this last week and on Thursday they asked for several controls to be moved adjacent to trails before they would approve our permit. It was not quite enough time for find new locations to improve those last legs and re-submit the designs for park approval.

We hopefully have a clearer picture of the parks restrictions on control site locations so we can avoid this in the future.

Hey Aaron! Thanks for the explanation. Like I said, I thought the first part of the course was so much fun! You did a great job with very subtle terrain. I'll wait for RG and see what Green was like. I might go back out and try that one.
