Nothing fundamental apparently...
However - my right quad is very tight and the theory is that its upset the tracking of my kneecap over my knee - allowing fluid to build up and hence why I couldn't walk yesterday.
A good sports massage has got me back on the road to redemption with some stretches and a cheeky bit of strengthening. Should hopefully be back before all too long.
The current thought are the reason for the right quad to be quite tight are that in my rehab from the foot injury (also on my right side) I may have been compensating some how with my quad. If I can stay on top of stretching and that I should have no further problems once the swelling dies down.
Already feels a lot better today than it did yesterday. The jumping around in the gym/constantly sitting down while I do my exams seems to be the specific cause as to why its flared up right now.
Hopefully all good and back by Monday.

Body’s falling apart pretty hard the last couple of months :(
