49 years...wow. Of course you admit you are a streaker by posting this record.

Really is something special.

Haha! Yeah... I have some unfinished business that I don't want to finish.
Maybe it's 50? 1970-2019?
Not enough fingers and toes...

Jeez it feels like we're catching up to the WWII generation...as far as how long ago some of our life events occurred. It seems kinda silly when you look at to something like a 10 year anniversary of graduating H/S and feel so nostalgic about the 'good ole days'!.

Now we're not just talking 20 or 25, 30 or 40 year anniversaries but 40+ and now getting close to 50 year anniversary. I'll hit 49 years of running this January. Dec 11th was the 44th anniversary of beginning our illustrious Air Force careers. 2023 will be 50 year anniversary of HS graduation!

I'm sad about the people that are gone like Dave Kunz and Marv Kangas (at least I saw that a Marv Kangas died a few years ago...not sure if I asked if that was him or not. And of course Linda Ramford my 'silent girlfriend'...I'm not sure if you remember her or not...I never did talk to her, I just worshipped her from a distance.
Jay lost his brother and mom this year. My brother Dirk died two years ago this Dec 31st.

Anyway leave it to me to take a two sentence comment and make it go one this long.

Speaking of long. I decided I could not finish my long 8,000+page Jack Nelson novel because I could not remember all the twists and turns so I decided to edit my way through it and refamiliarize (word? haha) and then finish. I've thought of hundreds of endings, many of them I was 'sure' that I had the right ending in mind only to think of a new one.

At about 5 pages or less per week progress so far (nearly 60 pages) I'm going to have to stay real healthy for a long long long long time to finish. I'm not even sure I can 'fix' the bad parts so that its' less bad.

Good plan!
