Treadmills kill motivation. They're useful for occasional particularly icy days, but they drain every ounce of enjoyment out of a run.
See if you can manage more runs outside. Tights, a running jacket, and a small headlamp go a long way.
There is no bad weather, just bad clothes.
Treadmills are the worst. Save them for the worst weather and/or darkness.
Get out into the woods and enjoy a short run - it will do more good for your soul than any number of treadmill sessions ever.
