Sounds good! Tickets purchased.
Louise and I have tickets for Little Women for tomorrow night, too!
CATS! Since you love cats so much.
Omg I’ve heard enough about Cats to know that I shouldn’t watch it unless I’m under the influence of something.
We’re going to see Little Women today and I’m really looking forward to it.
We saw Knives Out on Tuesday, and I would recommend that, too. Samantha saw Cats; she really like it but I agree I’d need some kind-altering stuff to get me there voluntarily.
Little Women and Knives Out were both filmed locally, the latter significantly in Maynard, and the former in part in Harvard, where I drove past the active movie set on my way to work one morning.
I wish I had someone in my household to go to see the movies other than James Bond saga.
My daughters-in-law went together yesterday to see Cats at a "dinner theater" type place so they could have adult beverages to help get them through it. It was about as bad as they expected. (One owns cats and one doesn't, but I don't think that makes a difference.)
Even on this side of the world, the reviews for Cats are really bad.
(mind you, my husband genuinely didn't believe me when I told him that there had once been a musical about trains, which was performed on roller skates...)
Sorry to hear about your cat, my condolences
Thanks yurets. I was ready for her to go (she was 17!) but I was maybe not quite ready to be with her for the end. That was hard to do alone - thankfully the rest of the family got up and joined me for a middle of the night “share fun stories about Spikey” session afterwards.
Then the next day we went out to see Little Women and it was delightful. +1
