physio? sorted a visit yet?
Yeah went a week or two ago for a second look. Reckons still a bit aggravated and some muscle imbalance/tightness causing the pain and just some standard stretching and strengthening for the leg to sort it...
Make sure you do the exercises regularly - I know how easy it is to slip on them... which reminds me I must do my glute exercises now !
haha yeah fair enough I’ve done a decent amount but can always do more!
