I really wanted to review my track

You still can. Step 1 -- draw your track on your map best as you can. Really think about what you remember about where you went. You should be able to reconstruct it quite accurately, though it may take some mental effort. And that's a good way to check how much you're paying attention out there and how much you're just winging it. And hopefully do better the next time out.

No step 2 (or 3, 4,...) needed.

I'd venture to say this is much more useful than seeing the GPS track and then, well, I'm not sure what anyone actually learns from that other than satisfying their curiosity about where they went.

Thank you. Another pro tip that I will use.
