gregory! great to hear from you, haven't seen Stas or you in way too long, are you still in town? I've never been to that west woods park you visited, wouldn't it be all dark green!
I am back to New York, The woods are very nice now, I have not seen them in the summer, but you may get a decent 6 to 8 month of orienteering in them if vegetation, I would suggest to Mike Minium to do a Pig one year in your corner of the woods.
Yea, that park may be good in spring and fall. I see you got some skiing in, nice. You saw how dicey our winters are, only skied once last year, so far this year is not looking good ! So I bought roller skis, and have been doing a fair amount of it. Ok stay in touch
I will come to The Pig in Cincinnati on April 3-5, 2020. Will run M35+ - need to be a red course for me.
ok, not sure i'll go, just cannot see anymore, rather annoying f-ing around with glasses, and magnifiers and crap like that ! hmmm maybe maps printed at 1:3,000 would do the trick, even if they are the size of a tablecloth.
I sent you an e-mail with the images of the orienteering glasses, Tony Muffati made first, and now, I make them too, for "old" folks. Out of safety readers with Dremell like tool.
Hey dude, please re-send the email. The one in my profile has been a gonner for years, new one is gmail, I updated it in my profile, thanks, maybe there's hope for seeing dots on a map!
