When I had sciatica like pain last year, my doc sent me off to a PT practice in Granby. Instead of hip tightness as I had suspected, they discovered a kink in my spine that was aggravating nerves leading to the downstream pain in my leg. They gave exercises for it and also did a physical manipulation of my back to realign things. Gradually worked and been fine since.
Dr’s appointment tomorrow to get this thing checked out.
I presume you've already tried all those exercises you showed me when my back was sore in WY a couple of years ago?
