Usually I read your training and nod supportive from a distance - not so sure about this or the inappropriate ignoring ;)
Had been planning on just keeping it low intensity instead of reducing volume on return, but hard to argue it’s the most sensible when I keep mentioning my tired legs - not helped by today no doubt.

I did a similar run back from Belfast after a flight once. Decided afterwards that it really wasn't the best of ideas.16k on tarmac and 16k with a heavy bag shouldn't be combined
I recommend keeping the family around for company, makes the whole thing a lot easier when they take the bag
