Not really crazy, just not paying attention but I came close to getting taken out by a driver, who almost didn't gave way to his right (which was me) at the roundabout, on my way home from paddling yesterday. It was a two lane roundabout and the cars in the left lane were turning so when I went straight through in the right, the cars ahead went halfway through and had to slam on the brakes mid-roundabout to avoid colliding with me. Many drivers I encounter on the roads have no clue what to do at roundabouts.

When we came to a roundabout whilst in California I would surreptitiously point out the correct direction to my professional-driver spouse!
