If you got 70 on the bike I imagine you will be up in the high 70's for a running test.
You need to get it tested on a treadmill - much more likely to be a correct figure because orienteering is a running sport.
The lactate / heart rate curve will be the really useful one from a training perspective. allows you to properly set your HR training zones.
VO2 70 is big !
