that didn't take long.

When I get mine (still feeling out potentially getting a deal on them from a friend of a friend), I'm going to do a few long runs in them. Just to make sure I'm used to the feel of being propelled. Maybe put 50-100mi on them? Legs gotta be strong enough to take that power!

No it did not. The treadmill said 0.13 when I took them off. Pretty clear they're different.

I'll probably use them for a race or two this spring.

Haven't decided my race schedule. Probably a half (New Bedford?) and maybe also something like ES20.

Colchester half. February 29. $14 entry.

Hampton (NH) Half, perhaps a tad closer for you (lot closer for me), much more expensive (incl. non-deserved medals, shirt etc), much flatter...... (March 8)

Although it's been a long time since I ran it, I love being able to say I ran from Maine to Mass (at the ES20). Yes, it is/was only about 200 feet into Mass, but it's over the state line.

FYI you buy shoelaces at gas stations. It's a drug thing.

Shoelaces that's … interesting, and not at all obvious. I guess I could order La Sportiva ones online, but kind of like the thick old school black ones.
