at the time we left, None of the balloons had come back intact

I'm less surprised after that satellite map, unless you used your overall map to take the long way back through the start (which may have been faster given that fight!)

That or a backpack, which I didn't see much of....

What did you get if you returned with an intact balloon?

Intact balloon: +0 minutes
Popped but shards: +5 minutes
Missing entirely: +10 minutes
