nmulder: Okay. Got to ask. Why the backpack? Special training or just co-incidental?

Andrew: Oh... I ran to the gym, and needed a change of clothes!

ndobbs: heavy clothes!
Surely 2-3 kilos would suffice? decent pussyfooting speed

Andrew: Well... yeah... it is winter here. And I needed shoes + extra pair of indoor gym shoes + gym clothes + some food/drink. But maybe my backpack would weigh in under 5kilos. I don't know!

Thanks! It's actually not too bad for pussyfooting... but then maybe the distance is wrong ;) I'll have to one of those GPS watches... take it you haven't used yours enough to comment on it?

cnoc: ok, running with a pack builds up leg strenght. Its ment to be an extra 50% training.... gps watches are fairly handy but aren't perfect... apparently one side of my local AC is 96m and the other is 102m... of course the track could be wrong but i somehow doubt it
