Have you ever considered changing your diet? I think the cause of most diseases comes from nutrition. I would recommend you to switch to a healthy, mucus-free health food. I myself have been practicing raw food for 7 months and was vegan for 5 years before. Since I changed my diet, I feel much better. I was always tired and had no energy. Fasting is also a very good immediate measure. If i do that i feel full of energy afterwards.
I would you recommend to read Arnold Ehret, "Die schleimfreie Heilkost"

P.s. I don't believe in doctors.I went from doctor to doctor for 20 years and nobody could help me. By the way, doctors have a short life expectancy, they take too much medication. Medicines are poisonous to our bodies.

Hi Marten, thanks for that. I do not think I should change my diet. I have a long history of bad reactions to viral infections, and the stomach / diet has never been a factor in this. Many with ME/cfs believe the stomach is part of it, but in my case, I don't have that. Others may, though!

I suspect I need some months off, and eventually my immune system will return to "normal" (which it never has been). I guess 2020 is just a slow year for me...... :)

It's hard for me, as without exercise i feel half dead. But exercise is making me feel half dead. I need to find a balance and right now, it's not easy. Also I need to do things in life, or i go crazy. Again, I must try to find the balance. I had to give up mountaineering last year due to health issues. My limits lie in (it seems) a narrow corridor. Yet when I have a good / very good run, eg. SOW most days, everyone says i am super fit & healthy. THe truth is, I'm not........
