How did you gym for an hour then?
Did the warm up before 1, then just boshed through everything in 40mins, did the same stuff so logged the same time for consistency. Raises the question as to whether everyone should really log it as less than an hour. Hope this satisfies x
The only questions is whether it should be logged as anything other than intensity zero.
I was putting in significantly more effort on those squats than I was on my run this morning
Also one reason we log intensity is for the risk of getting ill, and I'd argue gym contributes to the 'getting ill' factor
