due to taking time off? ... what would explain that?
I think lots of time sat at my desk not using my muscles much - stiffened you a bit and then went and did strides first session back - does that make sense?
New pair of shoes might also be the cause but I’m not sure, I couldn’t feel anything wrong with them before I was ill.
Planning on getting the race done tomorrow and worrying about everything else after. (Like snipping the back of my shoes to release pressure on the achillies)
I get niggles whenever i take any time off as well, ah well niggles make you faster. Can't wait for this battle tomorrow
