I am sure that some exercise is beneficial to sleep - a bit of physical tiredness always helps with sleep. the tricky thing is getting balance right. This will only come through experience and trial and error.
There will be bad days and good days but, as you note, you are doing far more than last year and feeling much better than expected (overall).
I am still always amazed and impressed by the maturity and involvement you show in your recovery, always trying to find out more and willing to experiment with new combinations of all aspects of life.
It is hard. One problem is my body is constantly changing so what works one day doesn't work the next! Starting to learn though so hopefully it will get easier. I know there will be bad days, but it doesn't make it any easier when they come! 1 day at a time.....
