LOL AG. Seriously, that is a great of marks on very short rest between. A true distance runner's set of intervals. If it means anything to you, I imagine you could do a pretty good 5000 or 10 000 if you wanted to.

It sure does mean something! I'm planning on doing some race this spring/summer, I'll have to see where and when I can fit one in but stay tuned.
