I was just revisiting the results, and your result is very good indeed. Excellent.
Did you know that Matt Franklin, in c.2011, was silver medallist in elite Southern champs M21E behind BOK's own WOC runner/British champion, Matt Crane? (who lives in Oz now).
And you're M40 - and nearly had him! (he got a "tow" from Megan & Ben Chesters as well - I saw it!) (tho to be fair, they dropped him PDQ!) ;-)

Hah, thanks Phil! It was good having to race Jan Travnicek as I wouldn't normally have bothered pushing myself that hard... :)
