Discussion: Impatience

I find Pearl to be the worst for this. People are in a hurry to get stuck at that circle or whatever and get very close behind and then screech past if there’s an opportunity. I want the cars to go away but, barring that, couldn’t they configure Pearl like Brookline? Would be better for everyone, including emergency vehicles.

We tried. People whined about parking.

This person was in a rush to literally drive two blocks to go home.

Plus there are speed tables which mean you can't go much more than biking speed, anyway.

I wish Cambridge Police would hide in the bushes and have bicyclists ride the middle of the road and then read the riot act to the people driving. Come on.

amazing how driving brings out the worst in human beings. That and commenting on the internet.
