I start new strength next week. "Butt work"?
I didn't think my new plan was particularly butt-focused until I woke up this morning with my glutes on fire...
I've been getting destroyed on those inner thigh muscles that you only use for squats. Even when I don't think I'm lifting that much I find myself considering the ADA stall a day or two later.
In Jen’s defense, I did request more butt work. It seems my butt may not be “firing”. Now that’s concerning.
I’m taking a pass for a smidge on strength and doing the circuit classes at the gym. Sadly I showed the instructor seal walk. :/
Jen said the same thing to me a year-plus ago, about glutes firing. I had no idea how to evaluate that!
Noted. I will add more Cholula, Sriracha and Frank's Red Hot to my cooking. That will get your butt firing!
