You might have a good shot at seeing this given the timing after sunset. A SSE view over the water would be best.
This snuck up on me. They've moved up the spring Antares resupply flight by 2.5 months. I can't find a reason why. In any case, the launch is this Sunday evening, Feb 9 at 5:39 PM EST from Wallops. Weather currently 90% favorable for launch. This is right after local sunset. Sky will be a little bright, but illumination up high might make it interesting. Its 15 mins after sunset in NYC and 30 mins after sunset in Boston, so the lighting will be better and better the farther up the coast people are.Wallops tracking pageNASA press release with east coast visibility timing map
Also later that evening there's an Atlas V launch of the Solar Orbiter from KSC. Sunday evening, Feb 9, window opening at 11:03 PM EST.
