I don't log my Bagquigon as it is so pure I do not want taint the process and meaning with the impureness. Besides it is so effective I would have to log 24 hours as it is so impactful on my life. :)
I kinda do have my own Bagquigon without the meditation. Just a series of stretches (although I still don't really hold stuff as long as I should...it's way longer than I would have in the past) and 'movement stretching' exercises.
The meditation I do is Netflix...I watch tons of the Asian stuff. Actually the Japanese were pretty bad to the Koreans not just the Chinese and other nations. I never knew that until Netflix.
Apparently there is a toy I was unaware of Bag Qui Gon Jinn. I must have been channeling my Asian blood when I made up the name (in technical English word creation terms I took Bag...added it to quigon (after looking it up to see it was a real word...not something YOU were making up)...then had to give homage to google because it 'guides' my quigon...although spell check shows it as two words...and with further inspiration I added Japanese word for run).
I told you it was technical.
